Arrival checklist
- Confirm your check-in time and access code a day ahead.
- Walk through and photograph anything already damaged.
- Find the breaker panel, water shut-off and fire extinguisher.
- Connect to Wi-Fi using the details in the welcome book.
Check-out checklist
- Load and run the dishwasher, and take out all trash.
- Strip used beds and leave towels in the bathroom.
- Turn down the heat or AC and close all windows.
- Lock all doors and return any keys as instructed.
Vehicle return checklist
- Refuel to the level it was picked up at.
- Motorhomes: empty the gray and black tanks.
- UTVs: rinse off heavy mud before return.
- Report any damage or warning lights at the walkthrough.

How do I make a reservation?
Call us with the rental and dates you want. We'll confirm availability, send the rental agreement, and collect a deposit to hold your dates.
Is a security deposit required?
Yes. Every rental requires a refundable security deposit. The amount depends on the item and is returned after check-out or vehicle return, minus any damage or extra cleaning charges.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation terms depend on the rental and season and are spelled out in your rental agreement before you pay anything. Ask when you call and we'll explain them up front.
Do you have a waitlist?
Yes. Our rentals are often fully booked. Call and we'll note your dates and the rental you're interested in, then reach out when something opens up.
What do I need to rent a vehicle?
Drivers need a valid driver's license and proof of insurance, and must meet the minimum age listed in the rental agreement. Motorcycle rentals require a motorcycle endorsement. UTV riders must follow all posted trail rules and wear helmets.
Are pets allowed?
Some homes and motorhomes are pet-friendly for an added fee. Ask when you book and we'll point you to the right options.
Do motorhome rentals include mileage and generator hours?
Mileage and generator allowances are set in each motorhome agreement. Anything over the allowance is billed at the rate listed there.
What are check-in and check-out times?
Check-in, check-out, pick-up and return times are set when you book and confirmed in writing.
